All 7 Session audio files are delivered in Mp3 format within a zip file via a download link after payment is complete. You will also receive a download link by email .

Apple IOS devices - Please be aware the Apple devices require you to use itunes to transfer Mp3 to your iphone/ipad to play audio files. 

 

​Windows devices - Will play as normal in windows media player.
